We love Everything about Stonegate! The Rooms are decorated so neat, the beds are super comfy, wonderful coffee and the outdoor fireplace and gathering area is awesome. This is the second trip to Eureka Springs and second stay at Stonegate and already making plans for a 3rd trip. Will stay at SG again love it! Thanks for the attention to details, clean rooms and prompt reply whenever we have a question!

The Stonegate lodge was wonderful! Very nice rustic touches to the room! Very clean room. Comfortable beds and bedding. Maybe a reminder in the room to notify the owner via text with any questions. And also that there are extra necessities in the common lounge.

Very cozy place to stay. I was reluctant at first because I didn’t know how it would work without checking in with a person at a desk. This was a seamless process. I was able to ask all my questions via the internet and received replies within minutes even to my silliest of questions. Picked a cold couple of nights to stay and house keeping was very accommodating with bringing extra blankets and making sure we were comfortable. Loved our stay.

The room was perfect and exactly what I needed for a weekend getaway to rest from the busy workweeks. The bed and pillows were amazing. The outdoor sitting area around the firepit and fireplace was so cozy.

Very clean, and had a good homey feel to it. Wasn’t far from downtown or any attractions. Burger place across the street I think the name was Pauly’s Was delicious! Very affordable as well.

Everything, only hiccup was we were sent the wrong code but that was resolved quickly with a text to bookings customer service that was answered promptly with the correct code!! No complaints!

The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked the contactless check in/out and not having to keep up with a key card. We could have used a spare roll of toilet paper, and the 1st floor rooms might need a little direction in the check in instructions on how to find them because it took us a minute to find the drive going behind the building. But all in all, no real complaint

The decor of the rooms and entire outdoor set-up was fantastic. So much attention to detail was given. I enjoyed the contsctkess checking. The beds were a little too firm for my liking. Obviously just a personal preference.

i love the rustic style this place has, it’s so cozy an has the simple amenities necessary for a stay. the service is great and helpful. very peaceful in the mornings listening to the birds chirp. very clean upon arrival and such an easy check-in. i would absolutely stay/recommend this place.

The 1 bedroom apartment was more than expected! It was clean, had everything needed, and was very large. You will not be disappointed. Our New Year's stay way perfect 👌. N/A
